June has been teaching violin and viola since 1969. She studied with Margaret Wiles at Connecticut College and with Roman Totenberg at The Boston University Tanglewood Institute and at Boston University. Currently, she is the manager, arranger, and first violinist with The Connecticut String Trio, and the manager and violinist with RBO Music.

June has served as Concertmaster of The Eastern Connecticut Symphony Orchestra, The Eastern Connecticut Symphony Orchestra Symphonette, The Connecticut Chamber Ensemble, The Meriden Symphony, and The Pfizer Show Orchestra.  She has played section violin with The Rhode Island Philharmonic, The Central Massachusetts Symphony, Orchestra New England, and with Symphonies in Waterbury, Ridgefield, New Britain, and Wallingford.
